Features
The SMARTISYS® IPPCI series dimmers support two types of control: program control and manual control. Under emergency circumstances, you can control the on/off switches of the light groups manually. In the program mode, the Smart Control Builder™ program functions to control and adjust any individual light or light combinations.
A 4-pin special network connecting terminal is used for power input. It provides power supply to the power control system directly, and sends control signals. The dimmer determines the level of adjustment solely depending on the signals. It adjusts the lights smoothly by controlling the controllable silicon.
In the SMARTISYS® integrated control system, each network control unit should be allocated with a unique ID which consists of two hexadecimal digits. According to the actual requirements, you set the unit ID in the range of 03 to FF by directly adjusting two knobs: L and H. As long as the IDs match the parameters of the software and hardware configurations in the Smart Control Builder™, the system can recognize them automatically and fulfill control purposes.
As the whole system adopt dedicated network and protocol communication, and the ID of each device is unique, it supports up to 250 network devices in different locations. Therefore, the utilization efficiency of the whole hardware system and the level of centralized control are boosted significantly. The operations are simplified at the same time.
